Let’s talk about AI, beyond the buzz.
As a technologist, I’m not here to dismiss the progress. I’ve seen firsthand how AI can help automate grunt work, simplify workflows, even push creativity in ways that genuinely surprise me. It’s powerful stuff. We’re building tools that can write, design, code, plan, predict, you name it.
There’s no denying that AI has unlocked real potential. But the speed at which it’s being injected into everything raises a red flag. It feels like suddenly every SaaS landing page has slapped on an "AI-powered" label, even when the underlying functionality is barely touched.
As a consumer, I'm definitely not going to pay more just because a company uses AI. So, who is this whole "AI-driven business" facade really for? Why the sudden uniform rebrand across the entire SaaS world?
Honestly, it makes me wonder: Is this capitalism on overdrive? Is it about empowering people? Or is it just about inflating valuations?
I think it's worth exploring these important question…
